Not everyone knows that last summer we had a pizzaiolo in our kitchen!
Diego teached us the art of pizza, the result is that … on Friday the 4th evening we will have Pizza at Capretz! It is entirely made in our kitchen, dough and toppings!
You can choose between:
the classic margherita
an excellent ham and porcini pizza
a veg version with grilled vegetables and basilico pesto
a pizza with pumpkin, bacon, mozzarella and pecorino
a “kissed” focaccia, stuffed with pulled pork, mozzarella and potatoes.
