Thanks to the Lake Angels, today at Capretz we will have the 13th edition of the Castagnaccio contest.
It is a traditional tasting and competition dedicated to castagnaccio, a typical local cake prepared with chestnut flour, pine nuts, walnuts, orange peel and other ingredients. The competition is open to all those who wish to present their own castagnaccio; they will be judged by the popular jury made up of all those who want to taste the castagnacci.
