On Friday 26th May, we will host a great friend of Capretz: Simone Vanni, also known as “il Bocca”, our web star of Livorno and Tuscan cuisine!
He will propose a dinner with lard and pecorino anchovies and the most classic and famous of our region’s fish dishes: cacciucco, with fish directly from the Tuscan seas.
